Levi grew up in the construction industry, learning the trade firsthand through the family business. After earning a degree in Construction Management from CSU, he brought fresh energy to the next generation of Paramount Builders. Today, he continues to uphold the family legacy with a commitment to craftsmanship, quality, and integrity.

Matt has been immersed in the construction industry from a young age, starting by building houses during summer breaks alongside his family. After eight years in the HVAC field, Matt co-founded a high-end finish carpentry and cabinet installation company with his father and brother. After growing and scaling the company over a decade, Matt later joined the Paramount team. Beginning as a trade partner, and later moving into a Project Manager role.

Ryan has been with Paramount for almost 10 years- From basement finishes to new builds he has developed skills over the past decade that make projects efficient so that the client can stay in budget and complete on schedule.  As a father of 3 he brings a great perspective to projects that meet the needs of the entire family.  When he is not on the job he enjoys spending time with his family outdoors, on the river, or on the golf course.
